Like other have said, exercise is the key, not changed my diet much, but have lost 20kg in about 18 months by cycling, finding an exercise/sport you enjoy makes it easier.

Make sure your not feeding your insulin to avoid a hypo-its a receipe for disaster

Since Completing DAFNE I Have Not Done Much In Terms Of Gym Etc 5 a Side Football Once a Week and just doing dafne ive lost a stone and a half 12st6 to 11st1 Is This Normal??

If you have done 3 times that's amazing but after dafne if your eating less your weight could go down and if your control was really bad before dafne it may go up slightly but I wouldnt worry about it unless your 4'2"
