morning blood sugar rise

Hi all. I am currently having the same issue with morning blood glucose rising without me having eaten. I am going to go carb free for a couple of days to try and sort out my basal, which is a split dose of Levemir. I must say, it will be the first time ever, as I am a notoriously "bad" diabetic! This time I am determined to sort myself out. I will keep you posted!
