Deleting or editing entries

Hi. Silly question but how do you delete an entry in the android app? I put in the wrong time so now I have the same entry twice on the same date. Otherwise I love the app. If this is a completely stupid question have a good laugh at me and then please post the completely obvious answer. My fingers are sore from poking at my phone (on top of blood testing wounds!). Moflaherty
