crispy duck with pancakes...

Any ideas? The pancakes look pretty insubstantial, but I've ended up quite high after underestimating their CP

how much insulin did you take........without being reasonably confident on the carb content it would be natural to expect dodgy readings.......there may also have been a delay of glucose release if infact the fat content was higher than normal...

I guesstimated 3CP for 5 but seemed insufficient. Ideally it'd be good to know per actual pancake. There are serving guidelines on the web (thanks for the link Karl) but not much indication as to what constitutes a serving.

a set of scales might come in handy........i use them a home, not so much out and about though...........
