Welcome Monkland's Graduates

Hi to all Graduates of the Monkland's Dafne training held at Hairmyres Hospital last week. Thanks again to Brian and Pat who did an excellent job and thanks to the other members of the group who made the week so informative and enjoyable.

My blood sugars are gradually coming down and I am using my new found skills to adjust accordingly. Hope you are all sticking with it now you are back in the 'real world.' Best wishes and good luck to all of you. Looking forward to our six week review. Pamela x
