Its 00:30 and I', 2.8 mmol. Woke up in a sweat (thankfully I guess!). I exercised at 6. with a BG of 7 and a milky way (though they only have the carbs per 100g so I have no idea how many CPs). I was 6.0 before dinner, did 1:1 instead of my usual 1:1.5, and 8.2 before bed. Hooray! I thought. |

How about reducing your night time background insulin if you've been exercising. |
