Pre-conception Plans

Hi all, I am hoping to get the go-ahead from HCPs early next year for trying for a baby.. my HBa1c results over the last couple of years have been very high but since doing DAFNE I have really come to understand diabetes a lot better & have made a real effort to get my BG under control. Has anyone requested pre-conception care or been pregnant since completing DAFNE training? Just looking for some pointers & advice..
