Hi Philippa, I'm afraid I haven't been able to reduce my evening dose of QA insulin by 1 unit as previously advised as I've been having Hypos in the evenings. This is either because I've corrected my lunchtime QA dose by too much, or because I haven't had enough carbs before exercise. I'm trying not to over correct my QA dose by looking at my corrections in the past couple of weeks and the effect on my BG levels. |
