Hi john m

My first thought was your BG's.

Could be you may need some iron supplements?

I would see your local GP just to check stuff out.

Good luck.

John,
I have just had my annual check up and i complained of being tired (going to bed at 8pm and waking at 4:30am. He checked my vitamin B (6 or 12 I can't remember) levels with a blood test. Apparently they can reduce especially if you are on Metformin and this contributes to tiredness levels...just a thought.

Hi. Obviously check out all possible medical issues as it sounds like you are doing. It may sound counterintuitive if your feeling tired but regular exercise can give you a great boost and helps all round... you would be surprised the difference it can make...

I'd suggest seeing a GP and getting blood tests done to check for any deficiencies. There are so many possibilities that could cause tiredness and a good GP should be able to help diagnose why.
