I am having a problem getting Dextro tablets. Asda do not stock them. Now Tesco have none in stock. Even my local chemist shop has none.
What is going on?

Please talk directly to your local Pharmacist Lynda_2. Hopefully your discussion with them should ensure they seek secure supply.
Forgive me. I'm cynical...when Tesco took them off the shelf I figured...no margin in Dextro then!
My Pharmacy has them on the shelf at a price which, more often than not, beat Tesco. I was only buying them at Tesco out of convenience.

I used to order a box of Tropical flavour Dextro tablets (I think it was 24 packs) from my local Lloyd's Pharmacy. After I'd done this a couple of times, they used to keep a box in store, ready for me. That way I'd never run out.
I've now changed over to Jelly Babies - more flavoursome and available in more shops.

Try glucotabs... I prefer them to dextroenergy.
